He holds professional designations of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), Certified Professional Behaviorist Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) and BarOn Certified Emotional Intelligence Instrument User. She has the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in order to find long-term solutions. Sandra is a Rising Star nominee and Oratory Award winning professional. She has her Certified Human resources Professional (CHRP) and Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) designations. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts and is also an experienced Project Management leader. She excels at finding practical business solutions to human capital challenges and thrives on assisting organizations in meeting their goals through increasing the success and contribution of people. Dr. Chrispin Ntungo, Ph.D., ASQ-CQPAChrispin is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA). In addition to his professional training in Quality Management, he has a Masters degree in Agribusiness Management and a Doctorate in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manitoba. His experience includes development of quality management systems, strategic plans, business plans and training resources for reputable public and private organizations. Additionally, he is a Session Instructor in Quality Management and Business Statistics at the University of Manitoba Continuing Education Department. Chrispin is dedicated to promoting and enhancing business development and organizationalexcellence through strategic planning, business planning, quality management including continuous improvement training, statistical thinking, and performance measurement and benchmarking. In addition to being a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Chrispin is a member of Manitoba Quality Network (MBQNet) and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). Eddy Lau, BSA, CACE, M.EdEddy is an instructional systems and human resource development professional equipped with extensive experience, skills, and knowledge to deliver innovative and high performance results for organizational and staff effectiveness. He is recognized for visionary excellence and ability to develop integrated strategies that meet corporate goals through talent management and development solutions. Eddy is talented leader with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision making skills. He brings a wealth of experience in program planning and development; instructional design, training and development; employee engagement and organizational development and analysis. Highly effective in working with management to reorganize the work setting to improve worker productivity, he takes pride in meeting project timelines and client expectations. He is skilled in working collaboratively with clients to develop customized technical and competency based training and development programs that are aligned with performance management systems. With over 10 years experience in software development, Tope brings wealth of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining software, web-based applications and telecommunication solutions. Tope earned a B.Tech (Mathematics & Computer Science); he is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Tope is one of the first few to achieve the Microsoft Technology Specialist designation which displays his in depth skills and experience with high class database system.
